Beverly L Rodgers

Beverly L Rodgers, 62, of Hoopeston, IL died suddenly Monday at home. She was born June 27, 1957 at Fort Belvoir, VA the daughter of Homer D and Mary L (Richards) Rodgers.

Beverly was a 1977 graduate of Covington High School and a member of West Liberty Church of Christ. She was a CNA doing home care for people. She moved to Hoopeston from Rossville in 2018. She enjoyed caring for her grandchildren and family, reading romance novels, and flea markets.

Surviving is her mother Mary L. Rodgers of West Lebanon; two daughters, Jeannette (Cassidy) Curtis of Molalla, OR, Jennifer (Clayton) Moore of Hoopeston; a sister Wanda (Jim) Hislope of West Lebanon, IN, and a brother Homer D. Rodgers, Jr. of Brandenton, FL; a special friend Wade Picket of Hoopeston, five grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.

Visitation 2:00 to 3:00 P. M. Saturday at West Liberty Church of Christ with distancing requirements due to Covid-19.  Funeral services will be at 3:00 P. M. Saturday June 20, 2020 at West Liberty Church of Christ with Pastor Kurt Flora officiating. Burial in West Liberty Cemetery. Memorials requested to the American Diabetes Association.
