Debra Lynn Baldwin

Debra Lynn Baldwin, 55, of Perrysville, IN died suddenly Friday March 13, 2020 at home. She was born September 11, 1964 at Baltimore, MD to the late Elpidio and Kathryn (Staggs) Chavez.

Debra married Basil Baldwin April 16, 1990 at Newport, IN and he survives. Also surviving are two children, Roxann (Mike) Dreher of Cayuga, and Melissa (Martin) Ockels of Seaford, DE; five siblings, Brenda (Walter) Sabador of Ludington, MI. Wanda Sanders of Yeddo, IN, Jim (Donna) Vickory of Chicago, Neshia Vickory and Tom (Beth) Chavez, both of Veedersburg, IN; four grandchildren, Alexandra Dreher, Nichole Dreher, Sydney Ockels, Grant Ockels and her Mother-in-law Wilma Jean Baldwin of Perrysville. Her parents and a brother preceded her in death.

She was a homemaker and had resided at rural Perrysville since 1970. She loved animals, enjoyed fishing, camping and cooking.

Visitation will be on Tuesday March 17, 2020 from 1:00 to 2:00 P.M. Funeral services at 2:00 P. M. in Shelby Funeral Home Covington, IN with Dave Sims officiating. Burial to follow in Rockville Memory Gardens, Rockville, IN. Condolences to the family: shelbyfuneralhome.com
