Edward Wayne Winters

Edward Wayne Winters, 79, of Panama City, FL died Thursday April 30, 2020 at his home.  He was born September 26, 1940 at Alvin, IL the son of the late Charles W. and Rachel (Odland) Winters.

Edward lived in the State Line, and Covington area in early years and was an Army veteran from 1958 to 1962.  He graduated from Ahrens Trade School in Louisville, KY and moved to Panama City, FL in 1981, where he was a maintenance man for 20 years before retiring.

Surviving are four brothers, Laurel Richard of Panama City, FL; Harold Dean (Inez) Winters of AR; Lester Dale Winters of Covington, IN; and Larry Eugene (Donna) Winters of Louisville, KY; along with several nieces and nephews.
