Janet May True

Janet May True, 82, from Covington, IN, a former Danville resident went to be with the Lord at 9:45 P. M. Thursday November 18, 2021 at the home of her daughter in Champaign.  She was born December 17, 1938 at Los Angles, CA the daughter of Jack and Vera Mary (Branch) Guyer.

She was a homemaker, a member of Danville Nazarene Church, and a devoted mother.

Janet married Robert D. True March 11, 1957 at Hollywood, CA and he died July 4, 2014.  Surviving are three daughters, Sue (Doug) Dicks of Alpharetta, GA; Lori (Brian) Aver of Indianapolis, IN; Tina (Tom) Byrnes of Campaign, IL; a sister Diane Kleinburg of Los Angeles, CA; four grandchildren, and nine great grandchildren.  Her husband and parents preceded her in death.

Funeral services 2:00 P. M. EST Tuesday November 23, 2021 at Shelby Funeral Home, 622 Third Street, Covington, IN. with Pastor Ken Pavlik officiating.  Burial will follow in Danville National Cemetery.  Visitation 1:00 P.
