John C. Palica, Jr.

John C. Palica, Jr., 77 of rural Attica died Sunday January 3, 2021 at home.  He was born September 23, 1943 at Chicago, IL the son of John C. and Mary (Chlipala) Palica, Sr.

John married Mary E. Cates February 16, 1985 in Chicago, IL and she died November 11, 2017.

Surviving is a daughter Carrie (Bobby) Slobada-Frerichs of Crest Hill, IL, a sister Sharon (Jim) Mauer of Racine, WI, a nephew Timothy (Lizabeth) Guest, and a niece Karen Guest-Reger.

John operated a horse farm in Mokena, IL until 2013 when they moved to Attica and had a horse farm.  He was a Catholic.
