John Allen Shively, 65, of Covington died at 5:00 A. M. Tuesday December 31, 2019 at the Waters of Covington. He was born August 2, 1954 at Crawfordsville, IN the son of the late Calvin and Charlotte Randolph Shively. He moved to Covington in 1988 from Perrysville.
He is survived by a sister Linda Krabbe and husband Karl of Danville, IL, a brother Timothy Joe Shively of Perrysville.
