Kathryn Louise Carey

Kathryn Louise Carey, 87, of Covington went to be with the Lord at 5:13 A. M. Thursday October 6, 2022 at OSF Medical Center, Danville, Il.  She was born April 5, 1935 at Covington, IN the daughter of Franklin Melben and Lois (Howard) Allen.

Kate was a life resident of Covington and attended Covington School.  Her most important thing in life was taking care of her grandson Jared.

Surviving is a daughter Marilyn (Tim) Starkey, a brother John (Diana) Allen of Covington, a sister Clara Ann (John) Townsend of Port Charlotte, FL, a grandson Jared Starkey, many nieces and nephews.  Her parents, two brothers and a sister preceded her in death.
