Kay Ann Franklin

Kay Ann Franklin, 61, of rural Williamsport, IN., passed away on June 11, 2018 at her residence, after a brief illness.

Kay was born November 14, 1956 at Milwaukee, WI. To Harold and Theresa (Williams) Aldrich. She married Jeffry O. Franklin November 7, 1987 in Bloom City, WI. and he survives. Other survivors are: two daughters, Tammy (Jason) Thomas of Brooklyn, WI. and Kelly (Keith) Lange of Richland Center, WI. Three grandchildren; Jeffrey Thomas, Logan Thomas and Kaitlyn Lange. A sister, Patricia Aldrich of Green Bay, WI. and two brothers, Harold Aldrich of Richland Center, WI. and Tim (Sharon) Aldrich of Aurora, IL. She was preceded in death by her parents and her Mother-in-law. Kay had been employed as a server at the Beef House for the past 21 years.

She loved her dogs, gardening, mowing the lawn and the farm where she lived. Kay was a very kind, caring person and an avid Green Bay Packers fan.

Funeral service will be on Monday June 18, 2018 at 4:00 P.M. in Shelby Funeral Home of Covington, IN., with Father Ambrose Ziegler officiating. Visitation will be Monday from 2:00 – 4:00 P.M. at the Funeral Home. The family requests memorials be made to the Humane Society with envelopes available at the funeral home.
