Ralph Owen Wilcoxen, 88, died at 5:50 A. M. Tuesday September 16, 2014 at the Hearth @ Tudor Gardens in Zionsville, IN, where he had resided 2 years. He formerly lived at Perrysville, IN, Danville, IL and Indianapolis.
He was born March 13, 1926 at Rileysburg, IN the son of Tillman Russell and Marie Marguerite (Long) Wilcoxen.
Ralph graduated from Perrysville High School in 1944. His employment included Prather Massey Harris, and Hyster 27 years before retiring. He also was a farmer for several years. He attended Greenwood Christian Church. Ralph enjoyed his grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Surviving are 2 daughters, Connie (Charles) Alexander of Brentwood, TN; Jan Pasco of Indianapolis; a brother, Richard (Beverly) Wilcoxen of Perrysville, IN; 4 grandchildren, Sarah Pasco (fianc Justin Mornout), Bismarck, IL; Greyson (Robin) Pasco, Great Falls, MT; Lisa Alexander and Laura Alexander, both of Brentwood, TN; 2 great grandchildren, Trentyn Finefield-Hufford, and Kohltyn Finefield-Pasco. His parents and a brother Ray preceded him in death.
Funeral services 1:00 P. M. Saturday September 20, 2014 at Shelby Funeral Home, Covington with Perry Anderson officiating. Burial will be in Hopewell Cemetery. Visitation will be 5:00 to 8:00 P. M.
