Richard L. Williams 77, a life resident of the Wallace area, passed away at 10:45 A.M. Tuesday Nov. 19, 2013 at Williamsburg Healthcare in Crawfordsville, IN.
Richard farmed most of his life in the Wallace area and enjoyed Coon hunting, mushrooming and fishing.
He was born Nov. 20, 1935 at Wallace, IN. to Boyd and Edith (Clore) Williams. He was married to Sharon K. Taylor on Nov. 20, 1970 at Crawfordsville, IN. She survives.
Other survivors are: his Mother, Edith Williams of Wallace, daughters, Cheryl (Joe) Reynolds of West Lebanon, IN., and Kathy (Randy) Crain of Covington, Sons, Scott (Lori) Williams of Wallace and Steven (Pauline) Brissey of Crawfordsville also, a Sister, Karen (Leonard) Allen of Wallace. He was preceded in death by his Father Boyd and a Son, Rick.
Visitation will be Friday Nov. 22, 2013 1:00 to 3:00 P.M. at Centennial Church on U.S. 41 & 800 South, Kingman, IN. Funeral service at 3:00 P.M. in the church, with Chris Rennick officiating. Burial will follow in Centennial Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials to: the UC Neuroscience Institute, 234 Goodman Street, Cincinnati, OH. 45219, with envelopes available at the church. Arrangements entrusted to Shelby Funeral Home of Covington, IN. Condolences to the family: www.shelbyfuneralhome.com
