Ruby Delores Holmes

Ruby Delores (Cundiff) Holmes, 91 passed away Saturday April 10, 2021 in St. George, Utah.  She was born on June 15, 1929 in Danville, IL the daughter of the late Russell and Lillian (Wilcoxen) Cundiff.  She married Jack Lee Holmes on August 7, 1948 in Perrysville, Indiana, and he died September 9, 2009.  Ruby lived for 50 years in Warren County and subsequent years in the St. George, Utah area and Henderson, Nevada.  She was an avid Cubs fan and watched every game.

Ruby was preceded in death by her husband, one son Michael, her parents, two brothers and two sisters.  Surviving are, a son Larry (Pam) Holmes, four daughters, Linda Holmes, Jeanette Holmes (Renee Elinkowski), Joan (Dennis) Palmer, and Barbara Hall.  Also surviving are five grandchildren, Shane Holmes, Jeremy Randolph, Jody Crowder, Stacy Hall, Curtis Hall, and four great grandchildren.
