Stephen Gregory Sites, 46 of Covington died at 8:14 a. m. Thursday February 21, 2013 at Indiana University Health Methodist Hospital, Indianapolis. He was born September 18, 1966 at Elgin, IL the son of S. Gregory and Joyce (Bade) Sites.
He moved to Covington from Lamont, IL in 1986. Stephen was a member of First Assembly of God and its Sonshine Class; Boy Scout Troop 344, West Lebanon, Order of The Arrow and National Eagle Scout Association Takachsin Lodge.
Stephen is survived by his parents of Covington, 3 sisters, Melissa (Monty) Woods of Broken Arrow, OK; Cynthia Jane (Sam) Limentato of Champaign, IL; Sara (Kent) Moore of Johns Creek, GA; fraternal grandmother E. Ardene Sites of East Dundee, IL; 9 nephews and 2 nieces.
Visitation will be 4:00 to 7:00 p. m. EST Sunday at First Assembly of God, Market and Fifth Streets. Funeral services will be Monday February 25, 2013 at 11:00 a. m EST at First Assembly of God with Pastor Robert Fairchild officiating. Burial will be in Lower Mound Cemetery under the direction of Shelby Funeral Home. Memorials requested to Gideons International with envelopes available.
